Review of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) by Jon R — 27 Dec 2012
A culturally poignant, satirical masterpiece. Kubrick may be a lot of things but one thing he certainly isn't is unintentional. Every situation in this movie has some sort of multifaceted purpose and this is a rare commodity that we seldom see in modern cinema.
It has not been outdone and should not be remade.
