Review of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964) by Mathew F — 15 Jul 2014
A combination of flawless performances, subtle(and not so subtle) social commentary and fine cinematography make this an absolute must see. It features the comic genius of Peter Sellers at his best and the top notch direction of Stanley Kubrick.
It really is an underrated masterpiece which stands the test of time. It also serves as a bookmark to an era that shouldn't be forgotten.
