Review of Dr. No (1962) by Dave G — 30 Apr 2018
It's not as action-packed as later instalments, but it's amazing how many Bond tropes are already in place in this glamorous time capsule from a bygone era. Connery is already unforgettable in the main role, and he's backed up by a faultless supporting gallery of heroes and villains, including Ursula Andress as Honey Ryder, and Joseph Wiseman in the sinister title role.
