Believe it or not, this B movie wasn't THAT horrible. Dr. Giggles is a very well developed character that HAS been impersonated in several films, like Ledger in The Dark Knight, no joke. This film also features one of the most grotesque scenes I've ever seen.
You know which one I'm talking about.
