Marc is a young, well-intentioned but rather naive German medical student who works in a exchange placement in a hospital in Cali, Colombia. His major work at the hospital is extracting bullets from the survivors of the Cali drug wars.
His involvement with a neighbourhood stall holder leads to all sorts of complications as he gets stuck between warring gang factions and has to choose whether to flee or take a stand. Very highly recommended!!
