Review of Downsizing (2017) by Alec B — 28 Mar 2018
I wish this film was directed by someone with a bigger imagination. Payne might nail the midwesternisms of his characters but he has no idea how to stage a dark science fiction comedy of this scale. Hong Chau does give one hell of a great supporting performance, I just wish it was in a better movie.
