Review of Downsizing (2017) by Helene W — 11 Feb 2018

There were so many ways this movie could have been a hit. The premise was the only interesting part of the film. In a movie intended to be about shrinking people, there wasn't much sci-fi beyond that.

So you find yourself watching a not-so-sci-fi, not-so-funny, not-so-romatic film about a middle-aged man who still doesn't know what to do with his life. Honestly, the storyline of his ex-wife would have been more interesting.

At least she had some believable internal conflict.
