Review of Downrange (2018) by Arthur R — 14 Jan 2019
This is a thrill ride with no slowdown. From the very beginning the killer takes aim at the group of people, who try desperately to get help. You don't even have to bear with minutes to introduce characters dragging on and on, (usually the most boring part of a horror film) though this film, too, spends fist 10 minutes or so doing that, the 10 minutes also dedicates to increasing suspense, because if you know the premise of the film beforehand (probably you do), you'd know somebody is about to get shot. And after what you've expected happens, you'll be just terrified to the end( at least it was the case with me).
Good new for gore fans:Ryuhei Kitamura just knows how to show!
