Review of Downfall (1997) by Jeshwanth P — 11 Nov 2012
Adolf Hitler: Be ruthless. Life doesn't forgive weakness.
A very informative and realistic display of Hitler's true character and his nature. The movie explains the end of WWII at its best. It shows how Hitler is obsessed with war but kind inside. You will change your impression on him after watching this. The Bruno Ganz performance is terrific and he convinced me that he himself is hitler. Though the movie is slow and draggy at many parts, I liked it because I was curious knowing about Hitler. It deserves the Oscar nomination. If you like war movies, you should definitely watch this.
