Review of Down Terrace (2010) by Mikey M — 05 Feb 2011
Off-beat black comedy/drama that's a little bit Long Good Friday, but a bit more Steve Coogan stylie (The Trip for example). The first 10 minutes are unbearably bad, but sit tight because it does settle into a wholly original film that is generally well acted.
The tone is ambiguous throughout, and while that is part of this film's charm - it is also what stops me from giving a whole hearted recommendation.
