It's not the most intellectual movie I'll give you that, but it is entertaining. It reminds me of Police Academy, but it just happens to take place with sailors on a rusty old submarine. Favorite scenes include Creamed Corn, VA Iceberg? , and Nitro's Electrical "Patching".
