A naval lieutenant wants to be the the commander of his own vessel. But instead of giving him one, they make him enter into a war game where he takes a bunch of rejects and a ship that is falling apart and go on a training mission where he has to attack the enemy base.
A pretty solid zany comedy in the beginning then turns into a bit more serious when the games start up and get going. This is pretty solid, it does everything you expect so it is pretty predictable, but which movies aren't?
