While I missed the first few minutes of the film, I was drawn into it for some reason, which I can't really understand because it's a really bizarre movie. And just what is the deal with Evan Rachael Wood playing a slut all the time? Clearly the girl's got some talent.
Have they not been offering her any other roles? Hopefully Across the Universe will be her chance to escape being typecast. While the film was a bit slow in some areas, it did have a few interesting twists and turns, although none too surprising.
A mediocre film at best, it is what I would call "Lifetime" worthy.
