Review of Down in the Valley (2005) by Zach L — 28 Sep 2008
Ok, so during the week I rented this dvd I had gone a little Evan-Rachel-Wood-crazy, obviously. I wanted to see some more things she had done- she's brilliant. This movie is one of the more strange ones I've seen before.
The age difference between the two main characters trips me out a bit- but hey whatever floats your boat. Rory Culkin is a darling as always- those boys never disappoint. David Morse get's creepier everytime I see him.
There were a couple of parts in the movie shared between Edward and Evan that I loved- like the two of them in the bathtub. I rewound and watched it a couple of times, it was so beautiful.
