The rating is sentimental in every way. The move isn't impressive. It's a cartoon. It came out when I was 13. I think I like it for two reasons. One, Quailman had character. Two, Doug liked a normal girl.
Not the rich girl, not the school model, but Patty. Even when she screamed at him, and she does, he loved her. And..well, I think that's why I like it. Too bad he's only 12.
