Oh jesus god, what the hell was this. Rip offs of The Prisoner, John Woo, and a whole lot of random things strewn together in an incomprehensible mess. Too many damn camera angle changes, no attempt at a story, and far too much Rodman being.
.. weird. The only saving moment is when JCVD kicks a tiger in the face.
