Review of Double Jeopardy (1999) by Leighton T — 28 Feb 2009
Always enjoy Jones, but I thought this was going to be a guilty pleasure kind of movie: you know it's bad, but you're still enjoying sticking it to the villain. If the woman had been smarter, and less reckless, than yes, I might've enjoyed this.
But she was stupid and careless and so blinded by hate and revenge that she never stopped to even think about something, and just kept barreling through to the climax. And, of course, she doesn't get arrested for any of the crimes she commits along the way.
The movie just doesn't feel logical.
