Review of Double Jeopardy (1999) by Patrick F — 25 Mar 2011
Forget that the premise is absolutely ludicrous for one second. You know what, don't, because you can't. Here's a movie where the setup is so dumb and hamfisted, nothing of quality can possibly come out of it.
Sure, there are a couple of nice action sequences, and I enjoyed Tommy Lee Jones even though his dialogue was borderline moronic, but there's nothing that can be gained from watching this movie. If you put even the slightest bit of thought into it, it falls apart in a million stupid little pieces.
