Review of Double Indemnity (1973) by Andreas O — 06 May 2011
Great crime drama from the noir years, entailing greed, murder and passion in an unforgettable story that in many ways was ahead of its time. Well-written, with several memorable lines and scenes, as well as well-acted.
MacMurray does one of his few interpretations of less pleasant characters, and pulls it off perfectly.
