What's better than one Van Damme? TWO Van Damme's! It's a decent flick for what it is. It showcases how much Van Damme can't act. Dialogue is horrible. It also tries too hard to be an R rated film, such as Van Damme force out the f-bombs.
It has more of the ingredients it needs to be a decent action movie though.
