The movie is garbage. The acting is terrible, the action is stupid (Though Mark Dacascos is okay) and I've never seen a character so miscast as Robert Patrick in this movie. Because when you think Koga Shuko, you think Robert Patrick! I've never played the game, but I heard it has nothing to with the game franchise.
Just as bad as any Uwe Boll film. One the plus side, Alyssa Milano is extremely sexy in this film.
