Dororo meaning Little Monster... is quite an interesting film. A warrior sold his unborn's body parts to many demons for the chance to rule the world. The mother loves her son though he was born incomplete and had to give him up by putting him in a basket and push it onto the water.
The baby found a wanderer who took it upon himself to help the child by creating body parts for hima nd raising it as his own. Teaching the child to fight and when he is grown, can defeat the demons that have his body parts and thus returning it to himself so he can be whole again.
His sidekick he befrinded is a female thief with a agenda of her own... She wants revenge on the warrior who destroyed her village and killed her family, unknown to her that the warrior is her friend's biological father.
The demons are rather beautiful and ghastly, the CG is very cool and realistic.
