28 Days Later meets Mad Max, with a little Escape From New York thrown in, all set in Scotland in the future. Very violent, basic plot, but enjoyable enough entertainment. Very little for Bob Hoskins or Malcolm McDowell to do though, with various recognisable British tv actors making up the rest of the main characters.
