This film is low budget trash, consisting of dozens of scenes ripped off from a range of classic movies, and strung together with a ridiculous story.
However...it is fantastically entertaining low budget trash, which executes those ripped off scenes beautifully, and you'll be enjoying it so much that you'll forget that there even is a story.
