I dont really think that Neil Marshall knows what film hes making here, you have a mix of nearly every sci fi action film from Mad Max to Aliens! Its not that its a bad film but there are so many different genres mixed into this, its a bit of an eclectic mess.
Rhona Mitra is brilliant and relishes her role, the gore is plentiful and the action sequences do have some 'ooo look at that' moments. Pretty good but could have done with some tightening around script and ideas.
