Review of Doomsday (2008) by Tim H — 22 Oct 2009

I guess I'm in the minority of those that liked this movie. I loved the mixture of ancient and modern world. It had a fair amount of action and a decent story that keeps you involved. The concert pep-rally was a bit much, but no more goofy than when the Matrix did it.

There's just enough blood splatter to make you feel like midevil times. It's a great way to show how things change, but still stay the same. It's 28 Days Later meets Braveheart meets Mad Max.

It' a fun watch until the end.
