Resident Evil, but instead of zombies, its cannibalistic humans. Then we turn to Arthurian-style Gladiator, complete with castles and chainmails. Finally, high speed car chase at the climax. Too much? There is still government conspiracy ongoing.
In the end, all I can remember is the sexy Rhonda Mitra.
