Review of Doomsday (2008) by Adhitama R — 23 Feb 2010
First off, I'd just like to say that this rating does not indicate that this film was actually good in any way. It was, instead, the most CRACKTASTIC cinematic experience I've had in a long time.
Seriously, wtf?! Crazy tribes people vs. medieval knights in post-apocalyptic Scotland? SO MUCH LOVE. After it was over, we all spent about half an hour trying to figure out at which point exactly it had stopped taking itself seriously, but were unable to.
I did not understand a single thing they were trying to do with this film, but I just don't care because I laughed so hard my face hurt. PLUS, Bob Hoskins! It's all win, if you ask me.
