Review of Doomsday (2008) by Danielle K — 10 May 2010
Not Neil Marshall's best work, but one of the best post apocalyptic movies since "Escape From New York" and "The Road Warrior". Definitely steals form Mad Max but it never really hides that fact, The whole side plot with Bob Hoskins is extremely pointless and boring and ultimately takes away for the overall movie.
The Hotness/Badassery of Rhona Mitra makes up for any slow part of movie and was very rewarding to see a female lead kick so much ass.
