Absolute tripe. Don't see this. The story is totally f'd up and some kind of incoherent psychotic mix of zombies, extended cannibal-torture, exploding cars, Mad Max, virus-phobia and medieval nazi gladiator crap.
Yes, medieval nazi gladiator crap. What a ridiculous movie. Stay away!
