Too derivative of other movies (Road Warrior, Escape from New York, etc.) to be much more than a curiosity. Going from the punk section to the middle ages section is too much of a dichotomy; there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it other than the writer/director thought it would look cool.
It had a couple of neat bits, the roaming eye and the gladiator-like scene, but not enough to carry it to above mediocre. Mitra is kickin' though!
