Review of Doomsday (2008) by John A — 24 Dec 2012
This started out well enough. The plot was interesting and the action believable, with Rhona Mitra playing the poor man's Kate Beckinsale in all her bad-ass sexy glory quite nicley. It managed to maintain a semblance of decency for almost an hour.
Then it began to unravel, degenerating into one of the worst endings I have ever seen in a movie and, ultimately and pathetically, leaving itself open to the ever-trite sequel setup.
