Review of Doomsday (2008) by J L — 29 Jun 2010
Following "Dog Soldiers" and "The Descent," "Doomsday" is Neil Marshall's entry into the post-apocalyptic genre. While "Doomsday" seems a stronger movie (a larger budget and recognizable faces), there's not really anything unpredictable about story.
In the end, it's "Mad Max" and "28 Days Later" with an homage to the 1980's thrown in.
