Review of Doomsday (2008) by C B — 19 Jun 2009

The movie started off on a great note. An awesome premise and very affective scenes had this tagged a sure winner, but as it moved along it got worse. I'm a huge fan of these types of movies dealing with death and destruction on a global scale and what not, but there was just too much going on here to seal the deal for me.

The street punks were pretty cool, although once I found out there would be no more zombie lookin dudes, I lost interest. The story slowed down too much at points and had some questionable plot choices.

I guess it was good enough for any action lover, but didn't satisfy me fully.
