Pretty terrible. Not faithful to the video games. Instead of demons from Hell there's some genetic mutation thing about an extinct race of people on Mars and a portal to Earth. Implausible. The cast of characters is decent.
Sarge is basically an asshole in every scene. Most of the scenes rip off the Alien series or other sci-fi movies. The first person scene is just pointless and boring. Others are Ok but overall the movie is quite forgettable.
