Review of Don't Torture a Duckling (1972) by Tristan P — 30 May 2008
Brutal, unpredictable and profounding unsettling offbeat giallo from Lucio Fulci. This film proves Fulci was able to create chilling films and did not rely on gore alone.
Florinda Bolkan is outstanding in a fairly small role; her death scene is vicious and unnerving.
Easily the best giallo I have ever seen.
