Review of Don't Torture a Duckling (1972) by Christopher S — 29 Sep 2010
A masterpiece, easily one of Italian horror maestro Lucio Fulci's finest. Despite it's low budget and B-movie trappings, a masterfully-crafted work of gothic surrealism that takes the giallo genre to new heights with its novel camerawork, offbeat characters, tense atmosphere, and a great score by Riz Ortalani.
One of the true masterpieces of Italian exploitation.
