Excellent small movie. I suspect audience seems low because many were expecting a comedy because it is about an improv group. Not a comedy. A drama. Works on a lot of different levels. Acting is solid.
Script seems very much like real life. The comedy is pretty good improv and it seems improv, not written. All of the acting is solid, but script isn't written to create stand out roles. Though there are some emotional moments.
People do stupid stuff, but people stupid, not Holleywood stupid. Would love to see this as a TV series, but a drama, not a sitcom.
