Review of Don't Think Twice (2016) by Spencer K — 20 Nov 2016

"Has anybody had a particularly hard day?".

This was a brutally honest, raw and real look into the lives of struggling comedians. It's unflinchingly real but also laugh out loud funny. The script and the directing are excellent and so thoughtful, Mike Birbiglia clearly has a soft spot for this subject matter and he makes it with grace. The acting is excellent from everyone involved and everyone has chemistry great chemistry together. At once sharply funny, and then a second later, bitingly emotional, it blends the two emotions so well together so frequently, I can't help but give credit again to the fantastic script and performances. Check this one out.
