Don't Look Now is like a continuous dream. We drift forwards and backwards in the relationship of a couple who has lost their daughter and their way. Venice serves as an eerie and deserted stage for Donald Sutherland's unraveling.

Everyone in the film seems to be conspiring against him. I'm not at all sure what the title means or how it relates to the film. The whole ambiance of the film is unsettling. It all seems to be a metaphor.

I'm not clear as to its specific meaning. The images definitely stay in the mind.
