Review of Don't Look Now (1936) by Philip L — 14 Feb 2009
Brilliantly miasmic horror movie from early seventies - a time when tonnes of great and not so great chillers/horrors were being released. This film is beautifull and scary at the same time! Psychologically very unnerving, in particular the memorable final scene that will live with you for eternity - one of the best finales in movie history...
A stunning landmark in British cinema history before the decline of the later seventies. Absolutely essential even for non-horror fans.
