Review of Don't Look Now (1936) by Laimis Z — 22 Mar 2009
This is not a horror film, so don't expect to get scared. but the story itself is very good and the atmosphere of this film is kinda chilling and even tense. the editing is perfect and the way it is directed and the shocking ending do leave much for discussion.
so much detail and so many signs. julie christie and donald sutherland are just amazing as a couple haunted by their past. even now this movie manages to stay relevant and not out-dated. mysticism, ghosts, things we don't understand will always be interesting to watch.
read the short story, it's pretty good too. beware of the girl in a red coat!
