It's a really well made movie, especially from a visual and auditory perspective. My only complaints are once the old homeowner begins to explain himself: We suddenly have a rape element out of nowhere, as well as a piss poor use of atheism as his source for amorality.
I hate both of these elements a lot, but the film still deserves a high rating.
