Review of Don't Breathe (2016) by Liam W — 15 Nov 2017
Don't breathe is a terrific movie. It's somewhat like a roller coaster, you get on thinking that the roller coaster isn't that scary until it starts movie and then you realize that it's going to be a lot better than you expected.
Instead for us, this movie seems like an okay movie until its starts rolling and you realize this man is something very serious. It's a very suspenseful movie. Even though it's not considered a scary movie it had a few jumps in their where things would pop out.
This movie builds up the thriller all the way until the end, making it impossible to even miss a little piece of it to go get popcorn. Even though it's a movie, it makes you realize that you shouldn't underestimate someone based off their disability.
That blind man wasn't an easy target as they expected and that what makes the movie so great. You would never suspect the man to be able to do what he was capable of doing. Everything was very clear in the movie; it wasn't anything that you would get lost and be like "wait what just happened".
The filming was great, made you feel like you were actually filming the movie yourself at one point. The ending was a little twisted once you figure out the whole story but I still think it was overall a great movie.
If you haven't seen it I would highly recommend watching it at least once.
