Marilyn did a phenomenal job acting in this movie . . . she played out the supsense superbly. I remember reading interviews with her about how hard this movie was, what with her mother going crazy when she was young - she was terrified she would go mad filming this.
This movie proves that Marilyn is not just a pretty face and dumb blonde!!
