Review of Don't Bother to Knock (1952) by Wendy J — 22 Mar 2008
I can't exactly say what is missing here, but I think that this movie could have been better than it is. Maybe another director would have done a better job. Even so, Marilyn Monroe saves it from mediocrity thank to a virtuoso performance that proves that she wasn't only a great commedienne but also a great dramatic actress.
