Oddly enough, the worst part of this movie is the villian, who looks like he could've been Michael Chiklis'es stand-in for the Fantastic Four. The movie spends too much time establishing that this strangler really is a psycho (as if his function in the movie don't do that already.).
That being said, the story moves along nicely and the psychiatrist character is handled with surprising authenticity.
