Review of Donovan's Reef (1963) by Ken H — 10 Feb 2008
Probably considerd very politicaly incorrect and perhaps deservidly so. How ever as a film of it's time it did ask a few questions as to peoples stance on race stereo types. It is a funny picture aimed at family viewing.
Lee Marvin manages to up stage Wayne, which for a Ford move is noval in it's self.
