Al Pacino's last gangster film is also his best, at least here he doesn't get to play the Godfather boss stereotypes. Pacino (strangely) plays a middle man and the performances for both Depp and Pacino add fire to this work. Donnie Brasco is a surprisingly emotional and sensible film with good chemistry between the leading men.
