I had rated this a 4.5 if not for the relatively slow pace for this kind of movie. Al Pacino and Johnny Depp make an awesome combo - the movie has good acting performances written all over it. The bad part, according to me, was the pace. Sometimes the next sequences are so awefully predictable that ... well, whatever.
Overall: Not for you if you're bored by slow.
